16 S HC Crane – Stationary Mount Crane

16 S HC - Stationary Mount Crane

Energy cost savings of up to 80% and maintenance cost savings of up to 90% are key benefits of our stationary mount crane featuring Birim Makina crane booms. All crane booms are fabricated from Original European SSAB – Strenx 700 type high strength steel, ensuring optimal lifespan even in demanding operating conditions. The load sensing pumps utilize only the specific power and pressure needed for the crane's load, promoting efficient energy consumption and significantly reducing unnecessary wear and tear on the power pack.

The carrying capacity values are stated in tons and apply to stationary mount cranes. For this table, the pump pressure is set at 300 Bar. It's important to deduct the weight of the attached load hoisting implement—such as a grab, magnet, or hook—from the carrying capacity values. The load point is defined as a hook located at the top of the grab. The lifting capacity of crane booms should not exceed 75% of the tipping load when the machine is positioned on firm, level ground, or 87% of full hydraulic capacity, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations using high strength steel components.
